Lewis DeMarcus is a licensed general contractor with a passion for transforming houses into thoughtfully designed, highly functional spaces. After years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, he founded DeMarcus Renovations and Improvements LLC in 2019, specializing in full custom residential renovations and precision-built cabinetry.

While Lewis oversees construction and craftsmanship, Natalie leads business operations and client relationships. With a background in small business management and tech startups, she brings expertise in project management and customer success—ensuring every project is organized, well-communicated, and seamlessly executed from start to finish.

DRI LLC partners with a curated network of top-tier subcontractors and talented interior designers, allowing each project to benefit from specialized expertise and a cohesive, elevated design vision. This collaborative approach ensures every detail—from structure to finish—is executed at the highest level.

Proudly serving metro Atlanta, DRI LLC offers a truly custom experience backed by a dedicated cabinet workshop in South Fayette County. This in-house capability allows for exceptional attention to detail, superior craftsmanship, and fully tailored designs that bring each client’s vision to life.

When he’s not on the job, Lewis enjoys spending time with his family—especially life as a girl dad—refining his cabinet shop, and continuing to expand his knowledge of the renovation craft.
